Disgusted with the attitude from the young girls that work here. Time and time again they are just simply rude and it is appalling. Open up your eyes management and see what’s happening. You just lost a customer that has been coming here for 8+ years. Very sad.

Coffee is amazing

Every time I order from here (the same thing) the price is drastically different. I once asked for hot sauce & mayo on my sub and THEY DRENCHED IT in both, I was basically eating mayonnaise. Their hours mon-fri say open until 4, today i called and the phone was rudely answered yelling “we closed at threeeee” i just hung up because i was appalled. I’ve been getting food from here for years but recently so much has been going wrong. hopefully this gets resolved

I’ve been going here for years with my family and it was always good food, service could’ve been better but what did you expect for high school kids. But now that it seems the manager never has kids working (started a week or two into the pandemic) the service has gotten better but the food quality has gone to the trash. The eggs are always over cooked. I went recently and the African American girl wasn’t wearing a mask and was handling the food and money without gloves. I’d prefer good food and bad service then good service and horrible food.

Been coming here for 15+ years, the quality of the food and service have always been great. But, in the past few months, the quality of the food has suffered greatly. Pretty much since the absence of the Gladd girls, the quality has been way down. Hope Don realizes that the quality he has kept up for many years has suffered greatly recently.
